Toast Vs. The Bear’s Song Vs. Circle, Square Moose
Our group
picked Toads on Toast. We loved this
book because of the humour. We liked how
the Mamma tricked the Fox so Fox wouldn’t eat her “toadlets”. One of our favourite lines was “Nooo! Don’t
take my babies!” We enjoyed the
illustrations, they were very funny. We
liked the recipe at the end too.
