Summary:
When Maple was born her parents planted a tree in her honor. She loved her tree, the tree grew as she grew. When she was noisy her parents told her to go outside. She would sing to her tree, sway for her tree and sometimes she would even pretend to be a tree. But sometimes she wishes that she had someone to play with. One day Maple saw a baby willow tree, Maple is a big sister! Her little sister’s name was Willow. Maple played with Willow every day!
Our Opinions:
4/4 liked this book because the every child had her own tree, and tree name. Our group wonders if there will be another baby? We wonder if Maple will still love her tree as she gets older?
