Journey vs This Is Not My Hat

The book that won the smackdown was journey by Aaron Beaker. It won with 19/25 votes. There were many reasons why our class chose this book. The book was wordless but its still a good book, the illustrations were like they were to talking to you, you wouldn't get confused.The illustration  in the beginning are dull and at the end it was colourful. When the girl went through the door the paintings were more bright. The paintings were very detailed they would take both pages. The lesson in the book was that if no one wants to play with you you can have a adventure with your imagination. I wonder if the boy and the girl go on a adventure together? I wonder if there were more chalk colours?
