The book that won the smack down was If you happen to have dinosaur.  It won by a vote of 13/21 people.  There are many reasons the Dinosaur book won because it had a tonne of humour.  An example : were the dinosaur can be used as a alarm its were a robber comes into the house to rob stuff but the dinosaur scares the robber away with a grrrrr!  The book was about  dinosaurs doing house hold chores with happiness.The funniest part we thought was when the dinosaur was babysitting the baby and the diaper fell off. 

When they used the dinosaurs as kites it worked but one was to heavy and fat to be a kite!The dinosaurs love the humans and humans love them to but sometimes the dinosaurs get mixed up doing there house hold chores.They even use the dinosaurs as potato mashers and the mashed potato's spread over the little baby.The last thing is you can use the dinosaurs as an excuses for your homework and tell the teacher your dino ate your homework.The text of the book was sometimes under the dinos tail and was in random places on the page like the bottom Or even between the pictures.Sometimes when there is important text it is in large letters.The lesson in the book was working together in a  family and loving the dinosaurs and they will love you.
